Does Sensorlink require batteries?A:
No. Sensorlink is powered totally from the USB port of the computer.Q:
Can I only record one set of readings at a time with Sensorlink?A:
No. You can plug upto 3 Sensorlinks into 3 USB ports on one computer and record data from all 3 sensors simultaneously.Q:
Can you plug in more than 3 Sensorlinks?A:
If your computer USB hardware is up to the job, then you can plug more than three Sensorlinks in at a time. We have found that 3 is the most reliable.Q:
Can I perform timing experiments using Sensorlink?A:
Yes. Sensorlink works in exactly the same way as a datalogging interface. You can plug in light gates, CO2 sensors or indeed any of the LogIT range of sensors used with the more traditional loggers.Q:
Can I use Bluetooth with Sensorlink?A:
No. Since Sensorlink requires a cable to provide power from the USB port of the computer, a Bluetooth adaptor will not plug into Sensorlink.
