Q:
My MAC will not communicate with my LogIT via USB?
A:
Have you installed the OSX patch? If not, visit 'Downloads' -> 'Software Updates' and select the MAC option at the bottom of the page.
Q:
My Insight version 4 on Windows does not communicate with the LogIT USB cable.
A:
You require version 4.02 or later. Click 'Downloads' -> 'Software Updates' and select the Insight 4 update.
Q:
My new sensor is not recognised by Insight?
A:
You need to download the latest sensor file.
Right click here to download the latest sensor file.
Copy the file into the following location 'Program Files/Datalogging Insight/Insight/Drivers/idcar/idcar'
Restart Insight.
